Shipping & Returns 

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Once your order has been shipped your tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Note: Shipping begins after Processing. 

We are NOT responsible for missing or stolen orders. If the package is lost or stolen please contact the carrier that is handling your package. (USPS/UPS) and file a claim regarding your missing merchandise.

PROCESSING: 

Most of our products are handmade upon ordering. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. If an order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, will begin processing your order on the following business day.
